Place frozen almond croissants on a lightly greased or parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Let them rise uncovered and at room temperature (68ºF-72ºF) for approximately 7-9 hours, or overnight. Notice that they have grown bigger. Preheat oven to 375ºF. [Optional: for glossier finish, make an egg wash by lightly beating 1 egg with 1 tablespoon cold water. Brush them with egg wash before baking]. Conventional Home Oven: Bake croissants at 350ºF for about 15-22 minutes until golden brown. Industrial Commercial Oven: Bake almond croissants at 375ºF for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
