Our Normandy Tart Tatin is our newest offering which originates from Northwest France. Our tart is baked upside down lined with sweet and crisp apples with a layer of pastry cream sitting stop a buttery pastry crust. The tart is then unmolded and the natural sweetness of the apple creates a caramelized topping. Simply delicious!

4 Trays of 10 tarts/ case

Pre-heat the oven at 190°C, then place the frozen tart between 170°C - 180°C for 12 to 15 minutes. Keep frozen at -18°C. ONCE THAWED, DO NOT REFREEZE
