CINNAMON BAKED FRENCH TOAST

1 cup Organic Whole Milk
2 eggs
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp.  cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. salt
6 pieces Brioche Pasquier Brioche Tressée
2 Tbs. canola oil for cooking
Preheat oven to 350, and lightly coat a cookie sheet with canola oil.

Combine the milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in large bowl. Dip each piece of Tressée into the egg mixture and place on the cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.

Garnish with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup.
