Delicious buttery French brioche French toast with nutty toasted coconut for a tropical flair.

1 can Coconut Milk
2 eggs
½ tsp. salt
1 Tbs. brown sugar
6-8 pieces Brioche Pasquier Brioche Tressée
2 cups Shredded Coconut
¼ cup Coconut Chips, lightly toasted
2 Tbs. Coconut Oil
Combine the coconut milk, eggs, salt, and brown sugar in large bowl. Place the shredded coconut on a plate next to the bowl. Dip the Brioche Tressée in the egg mixture, then coat each piece with shredded coconut.

In a large heavy-bottomed frying pan, add the coconut oil and cook the French toast over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Garnish with toasted coconut chips and enjoy!
