1 cup Organic Whole Milk
2 eggs
½ tsp. salt
½ cranberry sauce or jelly
6 slices Brioche Pasquier Brioche Tressée
¼ cup dried cranberries
2 Tbs. canola oil
Combine the milk, eggs, cranberry sauce, and salt in large bowl, and dip each piece of Tressée into the egg mixture.

Add the canola oil to a large heavy-bottomed frying pan, and cook the French toast over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown. Garnish with powdered sugar and dried cranberries.
