4 cups roast turkey, shredded

¾ cup mayonnaise

2 Tbs. whole milk Greek yogurt 

1 Tbs. Dijon-style mustard

3 green onions, thinly sliced

2 Tbs. fresh dill, finely chopped

2 Tbs. chervil, finely chopped

2 Tbs. fresh basil, finely chopped

1 Tbs. fresh mint, finely chopped

1 Tbs. fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

1 tsp. kosher salt

1 tsp. black pepper

Mix everything together and serve with Brioche Pasquier Pain au Lait rolls.
