MAPLE BACON FRENCH TOAST

1 cup Organic Whole Milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
1 Tbs. brown sugar
6 slices Brioche Pasquier Brioche Tressée, cut in half
12 slices thick sliced hickory smoked bacon
2 Tbs. canola oil

Preheat oven to 350, and lightly coat a cookie sheet with canola oil.
Combine the milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt in large bowl, and dip each piece of Tressée into the egg mixture.
Wrap a piece of bacon around the French toast and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the bacon is fully cooked.
Serve with maple syrup.
