1 cup Organic Whole Milk
2 eggs
½ tsp. salt
6 slices Brioche Pasquier Brioche Tressée
1 large ripe tomato, cut into 6 slices
A handful of fresh spinach
6 slices prosciutto
6 ¼” slices fresh mozzarella
6 Tbs. shredded parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350, and lightly coat a cookie sheet with canola oil.

Combine the milk, eggs, and salt in large bowl. Dip each piece of Tressée into the egg mixture, and place on the cookie sheet.

On each piece of French toast, place a slice of tomato, a few spinach leaves, a slice of mozzarella, a slice of prosciutto, and a tablespoon of parmesan cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melting and starting to brown. Garnish with spinach leaves.
