1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons buttermilk
2 tablespoons buttermilk
Add 2 tablespoons buttermilk to 1 cup whipping cream in a glass container.
Cover and let stand at room° temp. (70°F) from 8-24 hours, or until it thickens.
Mix or stir well before covering and refrigerate up to 10 days.
