4 cups roast turkey, shredded

¾ cup Best Foods mayonnaise

3 Tbs. Dijon-style mustard

3 green onions, thinly sliced

1 Tbs. fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

1 tsp. kosher salt

1 tsp. curry powder

½ tsp. ground turmeric

½ tsp. black pepper

½ cup dried cranberries

¼ cup pumpkin seeds or slivered almonds

Mix everything together and serve with Brioche Pasquier Pain au Lait rolls.
